1. Gisborne Food and Wine Festival
October 25-26

2. Food and Wine Classic, Hawkes Bay
October 31 to November 9

Now in its third year, the summer show events include enigma place lunches, degustation dinners, masterclasses along with a charity wine auction that is fine.

Paid occasions as well as there are free with heroic conflicts and chefs, winemakers and empyreal showcases.

3. Toast Martinborough
November 16, 10am-6pm

The finest wineries in the Wairarapa assemble together for a day of tasting and toasting award winning wines and fresh, sumptuous food. Public transport is supplied, with additional trains from Wellington to whisk you into shuttle buses and the parties to carry you about. No picnics instead purchase your festival francs, or BYO permitted and love what is on offer.

4. Wine and Food Festival, Christchurch
December 6, 11am-7pm

5. Marlborough Wine Festival
February 14, 10.30am-6pm
